The CAT App (Cultivation Assessment Test App) is the middle step of soil bin and tractor testing. This device can be drug around a field to get real world soil and residue while being able to measure Drawbar force and downforce with accuracy. The CAT App has a 30hp motor and is hydraulically powered. It can drag a plow or planter at speeds above 7mph.
